HGC Melrose Arch is hiring!

We are looking for someone driven and passionate about our products to lead our team at Heroes of games and Comics Melrose Arch.

 

THE ROLE:

 

The Branch Manager will be responsible for directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, ordering, administration and sales in accordance with the company's policy and procedures. Provide training, coaching, development and motivation for staff. Developing forecasts and financial objectives. We are looking for someone who has knowledge of our products, can form strong ties with suppliers and has the willingness to learn.

Please note: This is a full time position with a probation period.

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Matric or Equivalent

Minimum of 2 years management experience

Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport

Management and leadership skills, strong planning and organisational skills

Product knowledge*

Be able to motivate staff

Must be computer literate (MS Outlook and Office)

Knowledge of our two Trading Card Games preferable. Yu-Gi-Oh! And Pokemon.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Lead and manage staff

Managing customer service

Managing communication in the workplace

Maintaining stock control

Managing sales performance levels against branch target

Manage merchandise and store presentation

Must be able to work retail hours (Weekends and Public Holidays)
